The 58th Grammy award ceremony is going to happen
on February 16, 20116. Already the list of Grammy nominations 2016 has been
published. After lot of expectations and waiting now we can have a look who has
dominated the popular music genres of this year of course I emphasis on the
word popular because here we consider only that music which has been vastly
popular among the listeners and the critics. Of course there are lots of great
releases which will not be in Grammy nominations 2016 list.

Taylor Swift once again dominated the scene. Her blockbuster
‘Blank Space’ has brought her 3 Grammy nominations including the Record of the

further. Alicia Keys, the 15 time Grammy winner announced some of the biggest categories
to CBS news.

Kendrick Lamar, with a whooping 11 nominations is leading
the list now. He is followed by Taylor Swift and Weekend with 7 nominations
each. Another big name Max Martin got 6 nominations. He has worked with both Taylor
Swift and Weekend as a song writer and producer. Drake, the rapper got 5 nominations.
A number of sound engineers and mixers are also in the list of 5 nominations.
The Grammy selections are based on the music which was
released between 1st October 2014 to 30th September 2015.
That means no matter how popular is Adele right now. She will not be considered
in the list as many other artists. We will look forward to 2017 for her appearance.
Here is the full list of the nominees:

How To Take Best Photos with your iPhone

How To Take Best Photos with your iPhone

Hello and welcome! Today we will discuss about how to take
the best photos using your iPhone. Well it is usual that iPhone is capable of
taking great snaps. That is cool for daily life and all that. But what about
professional level photography? Let’s dig this out.

The August 2015 issues of the famous fashion and beauty
magazine ‘Allure’ published a number of photos which were taken by iPhone 6
Plus. There was no Photoshop or any other photo editing tool involved. Simply
using the camera and filters of iPhone 6 Plus, great professional photos were
taken which was good enough to publish. Of course it is not the first time when
iPhone is used in professional publication for the mass. Earlier Apple was
using iPhone photos in their own campaign and advertisements. Giant fashion
house like Burberry used iPhone to capture their runaway show of 2014. Looks
like iPhone 6 Plus is dealing with some good level of professionalism. Let’s
see how we can do it.

5 Tips To take the Best shots with your iPhone

1.
HDR Mode:

The iPhone has a powerful sensor that will allow you the HDR
or ‘High Dynamic Range. It’s a next level thing that will take even more
vibrant shots. This is very much close to what we can see with our eyes. Thus
we can get more lights as-well.

What is the use of clipping path service?

What is the use of clipping path service?

Clipping Path is a vectorised line that is drawn by
Photoshop pen tool or any other software. But what is the use of clipping path
service? Well clipping path will allow you to create a selection around the
main object so you can remove the background of the image. There is a number of
ways to remove background of a photo. Like clipping path, masking and using
magic wand tool. But among all of them, clipping path is the best. It is drawn
by the pen tool of Photoshop.  Hand drawn
manual clipping paths will deliver the most accurate results. Today we will
discuss about the use of clipping path service.

Background Changing

The most popular use of clipping path is to cut out the
object. It is also known as background removal. The main object will be cut out
from the existing background. It can be placed on a new background then. If you
want to display your product on a different background, then simply apply
clipping path and extract the object flawlessly. Clipping path is the most
accurate of all the techniques to separate the object. I have discusses earlier
about how to create clipping path.

 Background Removal:
If you want to remove the background and keep the object
only, on a background less surface then use clipping path for it. It can cut
out the object and place it on a bare surface. Apparently it will be background
less.  So you can put your desired
background later.

Color Correction

If you want to change color of your product then you will
need clipping path service. With that you can create selections wherever you
want. Then you can change the color of that particular part. It will be exact
as natural.

It’s very little in size so much handy for the female users or users with
smaller hands. It offers pretty clean shots. Also the sharing is easy and

Photo Manipulation and the amazingness

Photo Manipulation and the amazingness

Photo manipulation is a very
useful term. It combines all. Before the publication, most of the photos of
these days goes through a number of editing process. Photo Manipulation is a
combination of a number of editing that need to be combined appropriately.

Photo Manipulation is all about
adding total new effects to the original photo. Whatever amazing and extra
ordinary photos we see around has some touch of photo manipulation, more or
less. Eye-catching posters, magazine covers, book covers, brochures are
products of this photo editing process. Marketers of these days are focusing
more on something that catches the eyes of a passerby, something extra ordinary
and something which is not an everyday scenario. And we are seeing these images
around us as billboards or in any form of advertising. Photo Manipulation is
the answer to all of them.

Photo Manipulation is so widely
used these days that we better call it an art form. Everybody wants the best.
They are not even satisfied with the original. That’s why most photographers
who are engaged in commercial photography, would do some sort of photo
manipulation to enhance the quality than the original one.  It is not necessarily distorting the image.
But to make it a little more appealing. No matter how developed your camera
lens is, it cannot perceive the way a human eye can. So why not making it
better by some other techniques?

How to Convert to Vector from Raster

How to Convert to Vector from Raster

Graphics in computer comes in basically 2 forms, raster
graphics and vector graphics. Raster will divide the image in to pixels. The
more pixel an image has, the higher will be its quality. On the other hand,
vector graphics will divide the image in to a set of lines which is also known
as vectors. When we enlarge a raster graphics, the pixels moves away from each
other and the image becomes blurry. While when we enlarge a vector graphic, the
lines are proportionately lengthened. That makes the image large but without
affecting or distorting it. That is the best thing happens to raster when you
convert to vector, if you want to enlarge the image. When you convert to
vector, the image will usually take less memory. That makes things easy for
many graphic designing programs and applications.

Let us see how we do convert to vector and make the raster
images useful for huge purposes like billboards, posters, logo etc.

1.      First you have to select a program that will
allow your raster to convert to vector. Professionals usually use Adobe
Photoshop Illustrator to make this job done. It is not a free software. But a
handy one. There are also many freeware which will convert to vector.

2.      Now open the selected image in the program to
convert to vector. You might be asked to select the format of the raster that
you input. More usual formats are BMP, JPEG, TIFF, PNG etc. At the end of the
file name, you will see it.

Why To Use RAW Formats For Shooting

Why To Use RAW Formats For Shooting

If you are a professional photographer then you must have
been told about using the RAW format. It is quiet common these days. But do we
know why RAW is so preferable? Let us have a look.

RAW is a format that is capable of capturing all the images
data that can be captured by the sensors of your camera. Most other formats
like JPEG will compress the data. So it will result in to some loss of data.
That will affect the quality of the shot. RAW will make sure you are ahead of
that. Also RAW format ensures any kind of recovery while correcting any images.
Most of the cameras of recent times allows you to shoot in RAW format, which is
a good thing.

How to do Photo Masking

Photo masking is a simple technique that will remove the
existing background of any image. It delivers nearly the same result as clipping path. But the difference is made when the image is blurry, or objects are with finer stuffs like flying
hair, furs etc. In these places clipping path does not work well. So photo
masking technique is applied.

Photo masking can be done in a number of ways. But the most
accurate photo masking will be the one which is done manually. There are number
of stuffs like background burning. But it will not be able to deliver the
professional result which photo masking is well capable of. If you really want

Online Photo Editing And How It Helps

Online Photo Editing And How It Helps

Online photo editing has not a very long history behind.
Even before a decade ago there was no such a concept like online photo editing.
This is obviously due to the rapid development of internet all around the world
that helps people to deal online in a more efficient way. Now we buy and sell
things online order our food, pay our bills online. Most of us won’t love to
drive an order a pizza if it can be ordered online. So online photo editing is
something that will allow you to do what you can do manually by moving yourself
to a studio, if you are a photographer or related personality.

With time, the aggression of visual media is just
unstoppable. People barely have times to read about things. If you place a nice
article in a convenient place, you won’t find many visitors to wait and read
all if there is no image that sums up the story. Instead if you can place an
image which takes a second or two to understand, that will be more effective.
Even a passerby with his all busyness still can see the image. If there is any
message in the image he can read it and that will stay in his mind. I am
talking about the advertising sector.

For this, of course quality photography is needed. You can
do of your own too if you are capable. But you will also need some editing to
compete your fellow brothers and sisters in the market. Even with the best
equipment you will not be able to capture the best. There will be some
distortions, some scratches or dust. Naturally it is just unavoidable. To get
rid of these problems you need to edit your photos. No matter what business you
do, selling photos online, owning an online boutique shop, escort websites,
machinery shop, book stores anything if it is an online display, you will need
some editing. Some touch up can make a big difference. You know that. Making
the image more clear, more focus on the object.

A photography portfolio is the showcase of a photographer. In this

necessity. The problem with most photographers who wants to create a photography
portfolio website is mainly the confusion. They are not sure about their best
works and how to display them. It’s important to have some precise idea about
them if you don’t have enough.

As I have said before, a photography portfolio website is a
showcase of the works of the photographer. Usually most photographer will try
to put their best shots in their website. Not to blame them. But if your
collection is based upon a theme, it will create a certain impression. That is
vital. The connectivity between the images are necessary rather than scattered
uploads.

How to Create Reflection Shadow

Adding reflection shadow effect will heighten the visual
appearance of the picture. It’s an effect created by photo editing and it will
appear that the object is on a shiny surface and there is a reflection effect
of the object on that shiny surface. It will add a lot of depth and reality to
the photo and creates a nice effect that seems pleasant to the viewer’s eyes. A
number of software is there which can be used to create a reflection shadow.
Today I will show you how to create a reflection shadow with Photoshop (CS6).
Its pretty easy and all you need is a little practice and good Photoshop
knowledge.
