How to Create Evil Eye Effect with Photoshop :

Creating Evil Eyes or white eyes is one if the easiest editing. But the effect is far reaching. Simply whitening your eyes will turn your appearance to a great extent. Applying some quick photo editing techniques will make it done. Follow these steps and see that by yourself!

1. Open the photo in Photoshop. First set the foreground color in to white or the color you want the eyes to be. You can do it by selecting the Set Foreground Color tool from the tools option at the left of your screen.

2. Now select the Pen tool from the available option. Pen tool is used for creating clipping path. Now use this pen tool to create clipping path around the eye. Make sure that you do not do clipping path over the eye lash areas. Of course you will be able to revise the selection later.

3. Now open the Effects panel by double clicking on the eye shaped layer from the layer palette. Now add an inner shadow with a distance of zero.  Size should be 3 to 5 (depending on the image). Set the Opacity to 75%.

4. From the effect panels, add an Outer Glow. Change the color to white, blue or red as you want.  This time the size would be larger. Set the opacity about 60%. It will keep the glow in to a minimal level and make the effect even more accurate. Depending on the photo, this settings and ratios may differ.

Now you have started your Halloween photo editing and created your evil eyes!
