Why Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is not a big success?

Why Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is not a big success?

Batman V Superman: Dawn of justice was the most anticipated
and hyped movie of 2016 so far. By now most of you have seen the movie in full.
What do you think of it as a sequel of the previous masterpiece The Dark Knight
Rises? Is it really a Batman movie? Or a Superman sequel? Let us evaluate.

As I have said before that there were so many expectations
about this movie. Personally I came to know about this movie way back in 2014.
Since then social media has never gave it a rest. Constant updates about this
movie kept coming.

The first thing to mention is Ben Affleck’s debut as batman
in this movie. After Christian Bale’s fascinating performance in 3 consecutive
Batman movies, it was a challenge for Ben. But if any of you are going to the
theatre to watch a Batman movie, you may probably get upset. It is mostly, a
Superman movie.

Ben is a good actor, we all know that. But probably he has
become too matured for this character. He apparently looks a bit healthier than
it should be. Also his movements are slow. His unarmed combats are slow. Though
the fights were not awkward but still you can mark them as slow.

This slowness is also present in the plot development. It is
kind of a slow building up of the story and almost nothing significant happens
within the first 40 minutes or too much happens without giving it much
importance. The silly dream where the blood comes out from the Wayne coffin is so inappropriate. Even a 5
year old kid would have said it was a dream.
